Scene 1:
Place: In the air.
Location: Small airplane.

SIMON FRASIER

[Simon is flying the aircraft.]

LILY WALSH SNYDER AND HOLDEN SNYDER

[Sound of a plane engine.]
>> Lily: Look, Holden? I can't force you to talk, but can you answer me a question? How are the kids?
>> Holden: Kids are great.
>> Lily: I can't wait to hold them and touch them and squeeze them -- Faith must be talking up a storm. And Luke, he must have started school. I don't even know what month it is. So what else have I missed? Peace in the Middle East? Life on Mars?
>> Holden: Loving husband, frantically searching for wife, finds her in another man's arms.
>> Lily: Don't make it sound like that. I told you how that happened.
>> Holden: Right.
>> Lily: After months and months of praying for a miracle, praying that we'd be found, praying that we'd live another day. We just took a breath -- took a breath. We wanted to breathe. We wanted to feel alive, feel like human beings again.
>> Holden: You were kissing him.
>> Lily: Yes. Yes, I was kissing him. And you know what else I did on that island? I was chased by this crazy man who tried to rip off all my clothes. I was held at gunpoint, I survived tropical storms, I saw a person drown with my own eyes. And I knew that that raft that I had built -- if I had been on it myself, I would have drowned, too. In that moment, I realized that I could have been stuck on that hellhole for the rest of my life.
>> Holden: Hellhole? It seemed to me like you got exactly what you wanted, to be stranded on some island with a guy who lit up your life.
>> Lily: Look at me. Look at me. Do I look like I was having a great time on the island, having daiquiris, creating my own tribe? Okay. All right. We want to talk. Let's talk about what you were doing all that time. Huh? According to Celia Frasier, you weren't mourning me at all. So how was your summer vacation? How did you spend it?
>> Holden: What exactly did she tell you?
>> Lily: What was it like sharing our house, our bed with another woman? Yeah, I know. I know all about Rose. Celia told me. So you want to point the finger? Come on. Let's go. Right now.

[SIMON FRASIER'S VOICE COMES OVER THE SPEAKER]

>> Simon: You better fasten your seatbelts, all right? We're about to land.
>> Lily: We're almost home. I've been waiting for this day for so long. Why does it feel like my heart has been ripped out?

Scene 2:
Location: Oakdale International Airport
Scene: Terminal building.

LILY WALSH SNYDER, HOLDEN SNYDER, AND SIMON FRASIER

[Simon Fraiser walks up to Holden Snyder and Lily Snyder.]
>> Simon: Holden? Please, do you mind if we have a minute?
>> Holden: Yeah, I do mind. Don't you think you've had long enough?
>> Simon: I want to apologize to you and your family for ever, ever involving you in the search for that diamond. And to you, for what you saw on the island. I never meant any disrespect or harm. But, look, you're gonna believe what you're gonna believe and that's that.
>> Lily: Thank you for saying that, but I don't want our last words together to be an apology.
>> Simon: Good. 'Cause there's something I'll never apologize for, Lily. I'm not at all sorry for what I said to you that night. I meant every single word. I love you.
>> Lily: No, don't do it. Not here, not now --
>> Simon: Why? I'm not gonna get another chance to say it to you. I love you. And I would've known that Rose wasn't you. I would've known with a look, with a glance, a touch. I know you, Lily. I know all your strengths, your tears, your laughter. I know your eyes by heart. Lily, you are one of a kind. You're unmistakable, irreplaceable --
>> Lily: Stop, stop --
>> Simon: I don't want to. I can't. I don't know how I'm going to live without the way that you make me feel when we're together. And I'm gonna miss you more than you are ever going to know. And that -- that is the awful truth.
>> Lily: So what are you gonna do now?
>> Simon: I'll wire for some money and hop the next flight to Sydney.
>> Lily: You're going so soon? Why?
>> Simon: C'mon, I thought you'd be cheering. You've been waiting for your chance to get rid of me for months. Lily, the best thing that I can do is let you get back to your life.
>> Lily: What's left of it.
>> Simon: C'mon, you're gonna do just fine. You survived that whole time on the island and you survived me. Home -- that's gonna be a piece of cake. I gotta tell you -- every morning when I wake up, I'm not going to be able to stop myself from that first, instinctive look around, hoping -- but you're not gonna be there. I started to believe that you would always be there. And I wish I'd never -- I wish I'd never let myself want that.
>> Holden: Lily, are you ready to go home to your kids?
>> Lily: I'll never forget you, Simon Frasier.
>> Simon: I'll never forget you, Lily. Never.

Scene 3:
Location: Oakdale International Airport
Scene: Ticket Counter

SIMON FRASIER, TICKET AGENT, AND 2 POLICE OFFICERS

>> Simon: Come on! How long does it take to work this one out? Listen. Listen to me. Look at me. All I want is a one-way ticket to Sydney, Australia.
>> Ticket agent: All international passengers must be cleared through customs, sir. It will take just a few moments. If you'd just have a seat.
>> Simon: No, no, no. I don't want a seat. What I want is a one-way flight out of here as soon as --
>> Cop #2: Simon Frasier, welcome to the states. You're under arrest.
>> Simon: What? Arrested for what -- trying to order a first-class ticket?
>> Cop #1: The Canadian Mounted Police has put out an engraved invitation for your return.
>> Simon: Thanks, Holden.
>> Cop #1: You have the right to remain silent. Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law --
>> Simon: Yeah, yeah, look, I know all that. Just let me know where I can make a phone call.

Scene 4:
Location: Oakdale Police Department Precinct Station
Scene: Jail

EMILY STEWART, SIMON FRASIER AND 2 POLICE OFFICERS

>> Emily: All right, McKinnon, time is up. I don't believe this! Excuse me, Hi. There was a woman in that cell over there. Do you know where is she?
>> Cop #1: Somebody just got bailed out.
>> Emily: Bailed - [Cops bring Simon Frasier into cell] Oh, what do we have here guys?
>> Cop #1: There you go, Frasier.
>> Emily: Excuse me, Frasier? As in Simon Frasier, Lily Snyder's "Thunder from Down Under"? Where'd you find him? Is she back in town? Okay, you both are very helpful. Simon, Hi.
>>Simon: Hi.
>>Emily: Emily Stewart of "The Intruder." I just had a couple questions if you don't mind --
>> Cop #2: No, no questions from the media prior to a formal interrogation.
>> Emily: I know, but I just thought maybe -- okay, okay, okay! No questions, got it guys. I'm on my way. Jake wants to play games? This is gonna be fun.
