Scene 1:
Place: Deserted island off of the North Carolina coast - Atlantic Ocean.
Location: The cave.

HOLDEN SNYDER, LILY WALSH SNYDER AND SIMON FRASIER

>> Holden: Lily.
>> Lily: Holden? Is that you? Is it really you? Am I dreaming? Holden? (Lily hugs Holden) Holden? Did you come -- Holden?

Scene 2:
Location: The cave.

LILY WALSH SNYDER, HOLDEN SNYDER AND SIMON FRASIER

>> Lily: Holden? Look, I know what it looks like -- I know.
>> Holden: Everybody told me. Everybody told me what was going on between you two.
>> Lily: Everyone, who?
>> Holden: I didn't believe it. Not my wife. The whole flight over here -- I'm just praying that you're alive. I'm thinking about how the first time I see you I'm just going to wrap my arms around you and hold you. And this -- this is what I find.
>> Simon: Nothing happened. I know you probably feel --
>> Holden: You don't know how I feel. You wanna feel how I feel? (Holden attacks Simon)
>> Lily: Don't! Don't!
>> Holden: I'll rip your face off!
>> Lily: Stop it! Just stop it! Just stop! Please! It was just -- go, let's go, just go! Go. It was nothing. It meant nothing. Let's go to the beach and talk, okay?

Scene 3:
Location: The beach.

LILY WALSH SNYDER, HOLDEN SNYDER AND SIMON FRASIER

>> Lily: I thought I'd never see you again. I thought I'd never see your face again. And there you are. You were standing there. I thought it was another dream.
>> Holden: I was hoping it was a nightmare.
>> Lily: The most important thing is we're back together again. Right? Oh, I should have known that you'd never give up hope. You'd never stop looking for me. You'd move heaven and earth. And here we are. Look at me. Look at me. I love you. I love you. I always have and I always will.
>> Holden: What, you want to kiss me? You want to kiss me after what I just saw?
>> Lily: Nothing happened! Nothing! Simon was telling the truth. It would never even have gotten as far as it did if we hadn't been drinking!
>> Holden: Don't -- don't bother lying to me.
>> Lily: I'm not lying. It's the truth I swear to you. Nothing happened!
>> Holden: And what if I hadn't shown up? I know what I saw! You weren't expecting to be found! I wonder if you even wanted to be found!
>> Lily: Don't you be ridiculous! You're all I've been thinking about. All I've been thinking about for months. Trying to get my way back to you.
>> Holden: Until when? When did you finally give up?
>> Lily: Never. I never gave up loving you.
>> Holden: Okay, let me rephrase that. When did you give in? Was it back in Oakdale when you two went to Atlantic City? When you came here to your island getaway? When?
>> Lily: We have been here for I don't even know how long and we have not touched, not kissed, nothing! All we could think about was staying alive! All I could do was keep fighting -- fighting not to fall apart. Every single day I was tortured with thoughts of you and those -- my beautiful children. Wondering if I'd ever get home to them again -- if I'd ever know what it felt like to have them in my arms. And today I just wanted to feel alive! I wanted to dance, I wanted you. I wanted you. And I just got carried away.
>> Holden: Yeah, that part I figured out.
>> Lily: I don't know what to say. What do you want me to say?
>> Holden: I want the truth. I want the whole truth from you. What do you want? Do you want to come home with me, or do you want to be with Simon?

Scene 4:
Location: The beach.

LILY WALSH SNYDER AND HOLDEN SNYDER

>> Lily: How could you even ask that? How could you even think that I'd want to be with anybody to be with you?
>> Holden: All the secrets when Simon first showed up. All the stories about what happened in Atlantic City. And you expect me to believe that today was just some innocent, never-happened-before mistake?
>> Lily: What's happened to you?
>> Holden: I'm wondering the same thing about you.
>> Lily: Okay, yes, I kept some secrets.
>> Holden: According to Celia Frasier --
>> Lily: You're gonna believe Celia Frasier over your wife? You've met her. She's crazy! She's out of her mind. I'm sure she did everything in her power to drive you crazy with suspicion. She was gonna kill me and Simon and anybody else who got in her way of that diamond.
>> Holden: The diamond? Oh, the diamond. Where is that wonderful diamond?
>> Lily: It's at the bottom of the ocean. You have to believe me. There has been no affair. No kissing, no nothing except trying to stay alive. Come on, after all the years that we've known each other and loved each other, you have to believe that I'm telling the truth! You do believe that, don't you?

Scene 5:
Location: The beach.

LILY WALSH SNYDER, HOLDEN SNYDER, AND SIMON FRASIER

>> Lily: What do I have to say to make you believe me?
>> Holden: I haven't known what to believe for the last several months. And after what I just saw and what you're telling me I saw, it's not helping me here!
>> Lily: When we're home and we're back on land and Simon goes on with his life, it'll start to seem like none of this ever happened. We'll get on a plane and then Simon will go on his own way.
>> Holden: Wait a minute. Wait a minute. There is no way that that piece of garbage going anywhere with us.
>> Lily: What are we gonna do? We can't leave him here, Holden.
>> Holden: I'll alert the Coast Guard, whatever -- but if I see his face again, forget it.
>> Lily: What are you looking for?
>> Holden: I'm looking for that wack-job who flew me here. His name's Cooley.
>> Lily: Cooley?
>> Holden: Yeah, he was supposed to meet right here, but he's disappeared.
>> Lily: Is that what he told you -- he's supposed to meet you right here? Is that what he said?
>> Holden: Yeah, I gave him supplies. I gave him rations.
>> Lily: Did he also tell you that he's the reason why I'm running around this island half-naked? Or how he tried to turn me into his little island princess? And that he would have killed Simon just to make that happen?
>> Holden: No. No, he never mentioned that.
>> Lily: When he comes back and he denies all of those things, you remember to trust him since you think that I'm the one that's the liar.
>> Holden: I'm gonna go look for him.
>> Lily: You don't find the hermit. He finds you. And if what you're saying is true, if you've given him rations and supplies, we may never see him again.
>> Holden: Wait a minute. He has to come back. He has to come back here because there's no other way for us to get off this island. Who's going to fly the plane off the island?
>> Simon: I can fly us out of here.

Scene 6:
Location: The beach.

SIMON FRASIER, LILY WALSH SNYDER, AND HOLDEN SNYDER

>> Simon: If you need someone to fly us out of here, I can do it. I'm a licensed pilot. A couple hundred hours flying time. But if we're going to make a move today, we better do it very soon. Looks like a big-sized storm coming in.
>> Holden: Yeah, you're right. I think you're absolutely 100% right. (Holden goes after Simon again)
[Lily screams.]
>> Lily: No! No, Holden! Don't, don't, don't! Holden, stop it! Stop, stop, stop!

Scene 7:
Location: The beach.

LILY WALSH SNYDER, HOLDEN SNYDER, AND SIMON FRASIER

>> Lily: Please stop! Just please! Please! Holden, don't -- please! No, no! You can't do this! You can't!
>> Holden: You give me one good reason!
>> Lily: Because if you kill him, we'll never get off this island! Because Cooley's gone. There's nobody else who can fly the plane! Once we get back on land, we'll straighten all this out, I promise. Okay?
>> Holden: Are you sure you can fly a plane? (Simon nods) All right, let's go.
[Thunder crashing.]
