Scene 1:
Place: Oakdale Police Department Precinct Station
Location: Margo Hughes' Desk

LILY WALSH SNYDER AND MARGO HUGHES

>> Lily: Margo, I'm glad you're here. Look, I need to see Simon now.
>> Margo: Lily?
>> Lily: You don't think it's me, do you?
>> Margo: Well, I want to believe it's you -- the resemblance is uncanny.
>> Lily: You look at my face and you can't tell? You can't -- you can't look at my eyes and know that it's me?
>> Margo: I'm sorry, I guess I'll just go on my instincts here. Yeah.
>> Lily: Thanks for the vote of confidence. Can I see Simon now, please?
>> Margo: Well, you're just in time. He's about to be extradited. The Canadian officer just arrived to take him back.
>> Lily: No, I can't --
>> Margo: The auto theft charge.
>> Lily: No, no, no, I can't let that happen. I want to bail him out. I want talk to somebody about the theft charges.
[SIMON FRASIER enters the room]
>> Simon: It's too late, Lily.
>> Lily: Simon!
>> Simon: You shouldn't have come back here.
>> Lily: I had to. I promised you that I would. I'm -- it's so good to see you. Are you all right?
>> Simon: Look, I'm fine. I'm fine. I'm on my way to Canada, whether I like it or not. Don't get caught up in all this, okay? There's nothing you can do.
>> Lily: There's something that I can do. I'm not letting them take you.
>> Simon: Look, how are you? How are you?
>> Lily: Simon --
>> Margo: The officer is filling out the release papers. You have to wait in here, okay?
>> Lily: Thanks.
>> Margo: For a little while. You don't have much time. You can wait outside.
>> Simon: Look, something happened, didn't it?
>> Lily: I just wanted to make sure you were all right. I promised you that I'd bail you out.
>> Simon: I appreciate that, you know. Talk to me. There's more. I can tell.
>> Lily: You can tell. Because you know me. You're the only one.
>> Simon: Lily -- what is it?
>> Lily: I'm invisible. I'm the invisible woman. Unless I'm with you. You see more than my face. You can read me. You know how I feel.
>> Simon: 100 Days, Lily. We ate, and we worked, and we dreamed, and we planned, side by side, for 100 days. We laughed and we cried and we danced. You held my life in your hands and I did the same for you. And finally, on that last day of the most frightening but beautiful 100 days of my life, we kissed. And I held you in my arms, and from that moment on, I knew. I knew everything about you, and I always will.
>> Lily: I miss people seeing me. Seeing the real me.
>> Simon: So was there a showdown with Rose? Have you had it out with her?
>> Lily: No, I haven't run into her yet.
>> Simon: Then what?
>> Lily: I just told you. I'm a stranger in my own life. I keep hoping and praying that it'll change, that things will get better, but they don't. They just get worse.
>> Simon: Please, tell me. Tell me.
>> Lily: It's my children. I think they miss her. They had -- she had pet names for them. She had pet songs. And when I don't -- they wonder why I can't.
>> Simon: I'm so sorry, Lily.
>> Lily: This is not your problem. But you're the only person that I can talk to. I'm just so angry. I'm so -- angry. And I don't want to run into Rose, because I don't know what I'm going to do to her.

Scene 2:
Place: Oakdale Police Department Precinct Station
Location: Hallway

LILY WALSH SNYDER, SIMON FRASIER, MARGO HUGHES, AND A CANADIAN COP

>> Lily: Nobody looks at me the same way. Nobody recognizes me.
>> Simon: This is all temporary, Lily. They'll all come around, you'll see. And your kids, they love you so much. And they'll get used to you, the real you, and everything will be normal again. Time and love, Lily. That's all it's going to take.
>> Margo: Excuse me, Mr. Frasier's escort is here.
>> Lily: We need to -- we need to come up with some agreement. I need to get these charges dropped.
>> Canadian cop: I'm sorry, ma'am, this needs to be taken care of up north, where the theft took place.
>> Lily: He only took that truck to follow me, because I was being abducted. He saved my life. He should get a medal, not a sentence.
>> Canadian cop: He can tell it to the Magistrate.
>> Lily: I don't want it to go that far. There's got to be a way to settle this. I'm willing to pay.
>> Simon: Lily, Lily --
>> Margo: Lily, Lily, careful of what you're about to say -
>> Lily: I'm not talking about a bribe, I'm talking about repaying the man who lost his truck. Just tell me what the damages are.
>> Canadian cop: That could be an awfully steep bill.
>> Lily: I'm willing to pay. I'm a shareholder in worldwide, I know they do business up in your jurisdiction. They can vouch for me. I own a television station -- would a public apology -- would that help?
>> Canadian cop: That's probably not going to be necessary.
>> Lily: I'll do whatever I have to do. I'll do whatever you tell me to do, just to make sure that Mr. Frasier's not prosecuted. Please.

Scene 3:
Place: Oakdale Police Department Precinct Station
Location: Hallway

LILY WALSH SNYDER, SIMON FRASIER, HOLDEN SNYDER, AND A CANADIAN COP
>> Canadian cop: I contacted the owner of the truck. He says he's willing to drop all charges if he's reimbursed for his vehicle and his troubles.
>> Lily: All right, okay. Just tell me who to make the check out to.
>> Simon: No, no, Lily, I don't feel right about this. Please.
>> Lily: Oh, just stop it. Stop it. Just -
>> Simon: I mean it, I mean it. Don't.
[Holden walks in]
>> Lily: Tell me the amount, please.
>> Holden: What is going on here? Put the checkbook away.

Scene 4:
Place: Oakdale Police Department Precinct Station
Location: Hallway

LILY WALSH SNYDER, HOLDEN SNYDER, SIMON FRASIER, AND A COP

>> Lily: You, of all people, have no right to tell me what to do.
>> Holden: Lily, after all this time, this guy is still trying to con you, and you're falling for it.
>> Lily: It is my money, and I will "fall" for whatever I want to. Excuse me, can you talk to the truck owner and see if that is enough money? If it is, I will sign the check.
>> Holden: You're just the eternal leech, aren't you?
>> Simon: Look, I never asked Lily to pay for my bail or reimburse the truck owner.
>> Holden: No, no, you're too smooth for that. You'll just manipulate the money out of her.
>> Lily: Simon kept me alive for months. This is the least I can do for him -- are you listening? He saved my life!
>> Holden: For what? So he could suck you dry when you got back?
>> Simon: Hey, hey, no. No, wait a minute there -
>> Holden: I can't believe that you're actually falling for this.
>> Lily: A week ago, you couldn't tell the difference between me and a low-life showgirl. Now you keep trying to tell me what I am and who I am, who I really am?
>> Simon: Lily, don't. Everyone's a little tense here, we just need to calm down.
>> Holden: You're telling everybody to calm down when you're the one who stirred all this up in the first place? You low-life piece of trash --
>> Simon: Come on, you want to go? Come on!
>> Cop: Hey, hey, settle down!
[LUCINDA WALSH AND IVA SNYDER BENEDICT arrive at the police station]
>> Lucinda: What's going on? Hello, is somebody in charge here?
>> Iva: Lily, what are you doing here?
>> Lily: Iva, Iva. Iva, what are you doing here? I'm trying -- I was just waiting to hear from Margo about Simon's bail. I'm going to talk to the Canadian authorities --
>> Lucinda: I didn't know that you were going to be here. Now, honey, get a good grip on yourself.
>> Lily: Why?
[ROSE D'ANGELO walks in]
>> Rose: Well, well, well -- look who decided to show her beautiful face.
