Scene 1:
Location: Lakeview Towers Hotel
Scene: Hotel Lounge

SIMON FRASIER, PAUL RYAN, HENRY COLEMAN

>> Simon: Hey, glad you could make it.
>> Paul: All right, sorry I'm late. I was up all night waiting for Will to get out of surgery.
>> Simon: How's he doing?
>> Paul: No change yet, but he's stable. I have to go back in an hour or so. And sorry I haven't checked the surveillance tapes, but that's next on my agenda. So who's ready to see what Marshall was up to last night?
>> Simon: Look, mate, don't be getting out the popcorn just yet. You're gonna get some bad news.
>> Paul: Don't tell me I --
>> Simon: Marshall's on to us. He found the listening device in his room.
>> Paul: All right, what about the video camera in the apartment -- how about that?
>> Henry: It's still in place but it's not gonna do us any good.
>> Paul: What?
>> Henry: No, listen. Bonnie told us to call the whole thing off.
>> Paul: Oh, Bonnie told us to --
>> Henry: Yes.
>> Paul: You know what? Forget it. We come this far just to quit? No way, guys. I say we keep everything the way it is until we find something we can use against him. The election's today, gentlemen. The time is now -- it's now or never. If we don't find anything against Travers right now, he becomes district attorney, and James Stenbeck is pulling all the strings.

Scene 2:
Scene: Hotel Lounge

SIMON FRASIER, HENRY COLEMAN, KATIE FRASIER

>> Simon: All right, we need to get into Travers' room, remove the camera smoke detector, replace it with a real one. Get all the recording equipment out of the closet and get the hell out of there before we get caught.
>> Henry: Let's go.
>> Simon: All right.
>> Katie: Hey there -- I figured I might find you here.
>> Henry: What?
>> Simon: What are you doing here? You're supposed to be home in bed.
>> Katie: I know, but being alone is so boring, and I just -- I'm so sick of this bed rest, so I figured --
>> Simon: No, no, no -- honey, honey, you figured wrong. You just had major surgery. Go home.
>> Katie: I know, but I'm bored to tears. Bored, bored, bored!
>> Henry: You are recuperating. That's why you're so bored. You're supposed to be bored.
>> Katie: I know, but it's not fair. You guys are out here in the world, working on this exciting, adventurous job, and I just am stuck in bed, growing a liver.
>> Simon: Go home and grow some patience, okay? Honey, you need rest now. Go. Get out --
>> Katie: I need a life, and I want to be part of what you guys are working on. Now, what's next on our agenda?
>> Henry: Prison.

Scene 3:
Scene: Hotel Lounge

SIMON FRASIER, KATIE FRASIER, HENRY COLEMAN

>> Simon: Careful.
>> Katie: No one's going to jail, Henry. We need to learn to expect idle threats if we're gonna be involved in this kind of operation. Next time, we just need to cover our tracks better.
>> Simon: Wait, sh -- what, next time? We? What?
>> Katie: Well, what else is there to do but learn from our mistakes?
>> Simon: Where are you going with this? Oh, yeah, right, yeah, as if I don't know.
>> Katie: Well, all this recuperating has given me time to think. And between all of the talk shows and soap operas and that guy who talks to dead people, I had an epiphany.
>> Henry: That's a 3-dollar word. I didn't know you knew that one, Katie! Aw.
>> Katie: We need to start a business. "Frasier and Frasier, Private Investigators." What do you think?
>> Simon: You know what? I kinda like it.
>> Katie: I knew you would! See, we can work with the police, we can work with Tom, we'll have private clients. This is exactly what this town needs. This is exactly what we need. We are gonna be the two best investigators ever!
>> Simon: Okay.
>> Henry: Two? Wait a -- hello, what about me?
>> Katie: Well, you know what they say -- three's a crowd, Henry.
>> Simon: Welcome aboard, Henry.

Scene 4:
Scene: Hotel Lounge

SIMON FRASIER, HENRY COLEMAN, KATIE FRASIER

>> Henry: Bless you, bless you, bless you for your intelligence and your insight. I would be honored to be a part of your little private eye agency, you know? Anything to keep me away from Lucinda Walsh.
>> Katie: Uh, hold on one second there, Henry. Simon, sweetheart, oh, love of mine -- don't you recall that, well, despite my inexplicable fondness for our Henry here, he is an accident waiting to happen?
>> Henry: Look, I know it. Look, I know he's dodgy, and he's a loose cannon, and can be just a handful --
>> Katie: No, I know, but despite all that, you need to ask yourself one important question. Do you trust him?
>> Simon: You know, if you asked me that three months ago, the answer would have been a resounding "no." Even now, I'm not sure I entirely trust him, but he --
>> Henry: Look, you guys keep doing this to me, you know? Do I have to send up a flare here? I'm still in the room, okay? So please, show me just a little bit of respect, just a little bit. Okay.
>> Simon: I trust him a little more, but --
>> Henry: Oh, god.
>> Bonnie: Where's Paul?
>> Simon: I don't know -- why? What's up?
>> Bonnie: Did he pull that equipment and shut down the video camera?
>> Simon: Look, he said he needed one more hour, just to tie up some loose ends.
>> Bonnie: No! No, not an hour, not a minute, not even another second! If we do not pull that equipment, my mother's career is history! I have to find him. I have to stop him.

Scene 5:
Scene: Hotel Lounge

SIMON FRASIER, HENRY COLEMAN, KATIE FRASIER

>> Simon: Baby, I'm sorry. As much as I hate to admit this, Henry has been an amazing help.
>> Henry: Uh-huh.
>> Katie: This time.
>> Simon: No, and if he slips up even once, he knows it -- he's back into Lucinda Walsh's clutches, and she can do with you whatever she wants. I told you that.
>> Henry: That's right, that's a good reason for me to promise to be on my best behavior.
>> Simon: Honey, with your instincts and good looks, Henry's technical expertise, and my know-how, we could make a dynamite combination.
>> Katie: Definitely explosive.
>> Simon: We can make this work, you know. What do you say, Henry?
>> Henry: Coleman, Frasier and Frasier -- it has a certain ring to it. It sort of sings.
>> Katie: No, no, no -- Frasier, Frasier and Coleman.
>> Simon: Either way, I think we're gonna be bigger than "Magnum." Shake on it. You slip up once, Henry -- disappoint me, and you'll wish we'd never met.
