ME: PAUL LEYDEN
What's the oddest piece of clothing in your closet?
This kind of short-sleeved tank top with all these famous porno actresses with their eyes blacked out.
What song would you be most likely to belt out when singing karaoke, and why?
Probably "You've Lost That Loving Feeling," purely because Top Gunn is one of my favorite films.
Where are you happiest?
On the beach. That's when you can kind of forget about everything. When it's a really beautiful, sunny day, lying on the beach, swimming. And that feeling when you come home from the beach, when you're just so relaxed.
What one experience most influenced your life?
Probably the first time I acted. Because that changed my life. I did a business degree and an economics degree, and when I got the acting bug, my life changed because that's all I wanted to do. I basically quit everything else.
What has Simon done that you never would consider doing?
Pretending to be someone else, that he's someone other than who he is.
What's your favorite guilty pleasure?
Something as simple as having a cigarette and a coffee.
How would you sum up your personal philosophy?
I guess I've just always followed my passions.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
I don't want to know. The most exciting part of it all, and the most fun you can have, is getting there. Because you'll either be very disappointed or so overwhelmed that you'll probably make different decisions along the way, and it'll be a completely different outcome.

MY CHARACTER: SIMON FRAZIER
What's the oddest piece of clothing in your closet?
It was a shirt that I kind of refused to wear on-camera. It was this see-through blue shirt that I think changed Simon's sexuality a little bit.
What song would you be most likely to belt out when singing karaoke, and why?
Something by Frank Sinatra. It's all part of Simon's facade, his sophisticated image. Probably "New York, New York."
Where are you happiest?
With his dysfunctional life, I think Simon's been happiest hanging out with Lily. Having their ongoing repartee, where they're just sort of at each other. He enjoys that.
What one experience most influenced your life?
Well, I guess when Simon discovered that there was a $10 million diamond floating around in his family tree.
What have you done that Simon never would have considered doing?
Probably nothing. Simon's probably a lot more ballsy than me as a person.
What's your favorite guilty pleasure?
Maybe some top-shelf cognac.
How would you sum up your personal philosophy?
Probably the same, very similar.
Where do you see yourself in five years?
The relationship that Simon's had with Lily has taught him different values, different principles. I think five years from now, he'll be a lot more settled. I guess you can't teach an old dog new tricks, though, so at the same time, maybe he'll be even worse than he is now.
